Managing threat notifications

State management for threat notifications is now available: you can change a notification state, assign it to a certain user, and add a comment.

To manage state for one threat notification:

1. On the Threats page, for the required notification, click the icon in the Threat ID column or select a notification you want to edit and then click Edit on the top of the table. Also, you can click Edit on the threat notification description page.
2. In the Edit side-bar, specify the required settings:
   • In the State drop-down list, select the required state.
   • In the Assigned to drop-down list, select a user you want to assign notifications to.
   • In the Comment field, enter your comment for the threat notification. The comment length is limited to 2000 characters.
3. Click Save.

Threat notification state will be saved and displayed both on the Threats page and the threat notification description page.

To manage state for several threat notification:

1. On the Threats page, select the required notifications in the table and click the Edit button on the top of the table.
2. In the Edit side-bar, specify the required settings:
   • In the State drop-down list, select the required state.
   • In the Assigned to drop-down list, select a user you want to assign notifications to.

   Editing the Comment field is not available when you manage several threat notifications at once.

3. Click Save.

Threat notification states will be saved and displayed both on the Threats page and the threat notification description page.
