Tenant center

The Digital Footprint () → Tenant Center page displays information about all tenant groups in an MSSP group. This dashboard is available when a tenant manager is working in the General group, and there is at least one tenant group associated with the current tenant manager's MSSP group.

You can filter the displayed tenant information for a specific time period by using the date pickers (calendar) or predefined filters (Day, Week, Month or Year). Selecting All time displays all available results (selected by default).

The Threats section displays the total number of threat notifications and their distribution by risk level (Critical, High, Medium, Low, Info) for all tenant groups for the selected period.

The Assets section displays the total number of assets and their distribution by verification status (Confirmed, Pending validation, Rejected) for all tenant groups. Information on the number of assets does not depend on the specified period.

The list of tenant groups contains the following information:

• Name—Tenant group name. Clicking the name takes you to the Digital Footprint dashboard for the corresponding tenant group.
• Threats—Total number of threat notifications for the tenant group. You can sort the list of tenant groups by the total number of threat notifications in ascending or descending order. If the tenants have the same number of Critical threat notifications, the list will be sorted by other risk levels in the following order: High, Medium, Low, Info (by default, in descending order). Clicking the threat notification number takes you to the Threats page for the corresponding tenant group.
• Threat details—Threat notification distribution by risk level for the tenant group. You can sort the list of tenant groups by the number of Critical threat notifications in ascending or descending order.
• Assets—Total number of assets for the tenant group. You can sort the list of tenant groups by the total number of assets in ascending or descending order. If the tenants have the same number of Confirmed assets, the list will be sorted by other verification status in the following order: Pending validation, and then Rejected (by default, in descending order). Clicking the asset number takes you to the Asset management page for the corresponding tenant group.
• Asset details—Asset distribution by verification status for the tenant group. You can sort the list of tenant groups by the number of Confirmed assets in ascending or descending order.

If necessary, in the search field, you can search tenant groups by name.
